Within this game the player gets to explore multiple well-crafted stages with differing themes as a local bunny, in order to harvest food for the burrow while dancing around anvils falling from the sky. To survive, the player can utilize tools in his/her disposal such as a dynamite, a stop-watch or an umbrella. The game has a hand-drawn art-style with sprite-work done by me visible as the thumbnail of this project though in the future I do wish to have artists design better assets and music into the game.
Inside the game an intricate machinery is working closely together in harmony, handling complex features in a modular way including using a single function (with complex castings) to handle every item's branching logic; perfecting the player's movement controls with smooth manual dampening and careful fine-tuning; and having a single formula to track the need to pan the camera in the 3D space.
The project itself is still a work-in-progress and while I can look behind and be proud of what I have accomplished since I started work, I can't help but keep working on more features and problems to make this game perfect.
I do plan to start releasing pre-alpha builds of this game within the end of this year with the end-goal of having enough content (with additional modes and things added) to have an average of 15-20 hours of playtime with at most 30 hours for the challenges and cheats.
